Jordan Belliveau is a trial attorney who provides personal attention to each case he encounters and passionately represents his clients’ interests. With his engineering background, he takes a technical and analytical approach to pursuing all cases and strives to obtain the best outcome for his clients. He has been recognized by the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” since 2019, an honor no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive each year. Jordan has tried numerous cases and obtained plaintiff verdicts in personal injury cases. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Worcester County Bar Association.

Jordan joined Tetzel Law in 2014 and is a Managing Partner. Prior to joining Tetzel Law, Jordan worked full-time at a Boston based medical device company and part-time at Tetzel Law while he attended evening courses at Suffolk University Law School. Throughout his career in the medical device industry, Jordan held numerous roles with increasing responsibilities, focused on applying engineering principles to help drive efficiencies in project management, design, and planning.

Since he joined the firm, Jordan has been an integral part of the firm’s growth and operations. With his continuous improvement mindset, he is constantly focused on the efficiency of the firm and how to best leverage technology for a more effective practice and service for our clients. Jordan has been published in the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorney’s Journal outlining how to transition to a paperless law firm and encouraging the legal community to “continually question whether there’s a more streamlined and efficient way to accomplish a task and try to implement that new process.” His leadership and experience has promoted the growth of the firm over the years and continues to make the practice among the leaders in leveraging technology.

Jordan represents clients in a variety of civil litigation cases and has experience with all phases of litigation including trial practice, arbitrations and mediations. He has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through trial, mediation, arbitration, or settlement, many of which resulted in six and seven figure recoveries for his clients.

In addition to his legal practice, Jordan served as Regional Director and County Delegate for the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Young Lawyers Division where he volunteered his time to assist with young leaders of the Massachusetts bar and to give back to his community. He participated in numerous MBA sponsored events including serving as a Mock Trial Judge Volunteer for local high schools, awarding of scholarships to law students, and participating in networking events at Boston area law schools. Jordan also was chosen by the Massachusetts Bar Association to be a fellow in the MBA’s Leadership Academy whose purpose is to develop and nurture future leaders who will continue to give back to the bar and the greater community. Over the course of a year, Jordan completed numerous courses as part of the Leadership Academy where he learned various leadership styles, communication and mentoring skills.

Jordan is from Millbury, Massachusetts where he attended high school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in biomechanics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. At WPI, Jordan was a member of the football team and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, participating in numerous philanthropic projects including the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Worcester Clean Up, and Toys for Tots.

Jordan lives in Wakefield with his wife, Kristin, their son, Tyler, and their dog, Bodie. He enjoys golf, supporting New England/Boston sports teams and spending time with his family.
