Attorney Jordan Belliveau provides personal attention to each case he encounters and passionately represents his clients’ interests. He takes a technical and analytical approach to pursuing all cases and strives to obtain the best outcome for his clients.
Jordan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Worcester County Bar Association. He was recognized by the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2019 and 2020, an honor no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive each year.
Jordan represents clients in a variety of civil litigation cases and has experience with all phases of litigation including trial practice, arbitrations and mediations. Jordan recently secured a $209,446.53 arbitration award in a contested motor vehicle / pedestrian accident.
As a testament to his work ethic, Jordan worked full-time at a Boston based medical device company and part-time at Tetzel Law while he attended evening courses at Suffolk University Law School. Throughout his career in the medical device industry, Jordan held numerous roles with increasing responsibilities, focused on applying engineering principles to help drive efficiencies in project management, design, and planning. Jordan worked at Tetzel Law as a law clerk for over one year before joining the firm full-time.
Jordan is from Millbury, Massachusetts where he attended high school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in biomechanics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. At WPI, Jordan was a member of the football team and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, participating in numerous philanthropic projects including the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Worcester Clean Up, and Toys for Tots.
Jordan lives in Wakefield with his fiancée, Kristin and their dog, Bodie. He enjoys golf, attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
