Nick Hebert joined Tetzel Law in 2024 as the Director of Operations. He is a data-driven professional with extensive experience in data analytics, complemented by a background in mathematics and insurance. His proficiency in various coding languages and system integrations enables him to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Leveraging data, automation, and thorough analysis ensures that cases are managed effectively, maximizing outcomes for clients.

Before his tenure at Tetzel Law, Nick served in the United States Air Force in Civil Engineering, achieving the rank of Technical Sergeant and leading teams both domestically and abroad. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Worcester State University. Following his degree, Nick held multiple positions at a large Boston-based insurance company, including claims subrogation, underwriting, and business analytics. Most recently, he aided in building the data infrastructure and analytics functions at a national insurance brokerage based in Richmond, VA.

Originally from Millbury, Massachusetts, Nick now resides in Medway with his wife, Lauren, their two children, Isabel and Charles, and their dog, Eli. He enjoys golfing and is an enthusiastic sports fan. Nick and Lauren are also dedicated to animal rescue, enjoying the experience of fostering dogs in their home.
