Rachel J. Madden, Esq.
Rachel J. Madden is an associate attorney at Tetzel Law. Rachel’s practice focuses on a variety of personal injury matters including general liability cases, sexual abuse and assaults, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, nursing home negligence, construction accidents and medical malpractice.
Rachel received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While attending law school, she worked at Tetzel Law full-time as a clerk for two years prior to joining as an attorney. In addition, Rachel was a 3:03 Student Prosecutor in the Somerville District Court where she gained valuable litigation and trial practice skills. Rachel also interned for the United State Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Organized Crime and Gang Unit. She was an active member of the Student Bar Association, serving as the Chief of Operations from 2017 through 2019.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and lives in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
